- Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement sales initiatives to maximize occupancy, event bookings, and F&B revenue, ensuring targets are consistently achieved.
- Marketing & Branding: Create and deliver integrated marketing campaigns (digital, print, and experiential) that highlight the resort’s unique offerings and strengthen brand visibility in the hospitality market.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and nurture strong partnerships with travel agents, tour operators, corporate clients, and event planners to secure repeat business and long‑term contracts.
- Market Research: Continuously monitor hospitality trends, competitor activities, and guest feedback to identify opportunities for growth and refine sales strategies.
- Event Promotion: Collaborate with operations and banquet teams to market weddings, conferences, and special events, ensuring seamless guest experiences from inquiry to execution.
- Digital Presence: Manage the resort’s online platforms — including social media, website, and booking channels — to drive engagement, inquiries, and direct reservations.
