Kafkas Limited, the official dealer of Beko and Dr. Mattress, is looking for sales representatives who are passionate about Sales and customer service to join our team in Kampala.

The Sales Representative will be responsible for delivering excellent customer service while driving sales within the showroom. The role involves assisting customers in selecting products that best suit their needs, preparing invoices and quotations, processing payments, and coordinating deliveries. The ideal candidate should be proactive in identifying sales opportunities, maintaining strong client relationships, following up on leads and payments, and ensuring the showroom is well organized and presentable at all times. This position requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced sales environment.

Key Responsibilities

·      Greeting and directing customers

·      Providing accurate information on product features, pricing, and after-sales services

·      Selling products, receiving payments, placing customer orders, and scheduling deliveries

·      Informing customers about discounts and special offers

·      Preparing quotations, invoices, and related sales documents

·      Compiling and reporting daily sales

·      Following up on potential clients via calls and emails

·      Servicing existing clients and maintaining good customer relationships

·      Seeking and following up on new sales opportunities and leads

·      Maintaining client records and following up on payments

·      Preparing and maintaining reports needed for sales analysis

·      Ensuring the showroom is clean, tidy, and products are well arranged

·      Attending to customer enquiries promptly

·      Resolving customer complaints regarding damaged or incorrect merchandise delivery

·      Adhering to company policies and procedures

Qualifications & Requirements

·      Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, Mass Communication, or any related field

·      Good communication and interpersonal skills

·      Computer knowledge and proficiency

·      Minimum of 5 years’ experience in sales, Specifically in home appliances and furniture
