About the Role.
We are seeking a disciplined and results – driven plant manager to lead our paper manufacturing operations.
The Plant Manager will be responsible for:
- Delivering production targets.
- Controlling factory operating costs.
- Enforcing labour discipline and structure.
- Driving operational efficiency and accountability.
- Ensuring safe and compliant factory operations

Job Requirements.
REQUIRED PROFILE.
Education:
Degree in industrial management, manufacturing management, Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field (Engineering background is welcome but not mandatory)
Experience:
- Minimum 7–10 years’ experience in manufacturing operations.
- At least 3 years in a senior operation or plant leadership role.
- Experience in continuous process industries (FMCG, Packaging, Manufacturing, Industrial production) preferred.
