Job descriptions & requirements

- Minimum 5 years of experience in operations management or general management.
- Experience in Human Resources is a MUST
- Experience in the daily running of a restaurant
- Strong leadership, organizational, and decision-making abilities.
- Experience in procurement, inventory management, and logistics operations.
- Strong financial and business management skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Knowledge of each department in a restaurant
- Experience in organising events and sales & marketing
