Job summary
The Lab Technician / biomedical Engineer is responsible for the installation, commissioning, testing, calibration, maintenance, and repair of biomedical and laboratory equipment to ensure reliable performance and compliance with manufacturer specifications.

Duties
1. Installing, user training, commissioning, testing, and validating laboratory equipment at customer sites.
2. Performing preventive and corrective maintenance on laboratory equipment to ensure optimal performance.
3. Diagnosing and repairing equipment faults in accordance with manufacturer specifications.
4. Conducting equipment calibration, performance verification, and functional testing where applicable.
5. Supporting equipment demonstrations, evaluations, and technical presentations during sales and tender processes.
6. Ensuring compliance with company policies, manufacturer guidelines, and applicable health and safety standards.
7. Working closely with the sales and technical teams to support business growth and customer satisfaction.
8. Performing any other duties assigned by the Technical Manager.
Education & Knowledge
Applicants should hold a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Biomedical Engineering or equivalent from a recognized University or Institution.
Working Experience
1 year of experience in installation, testing, maintenance, and repair of biomedical or laboratory equipment is required.
