As the organisation continues to grow, they are seeking a People & Culture lead to guide and strengthen people practices across the business. This role provides the opportunity to shape and execute how P&C supports leaders and teams day to day, ensuring approaches are practical, consistent and aligned to organisational needs.

Reporting to the CEO, you will be a trusted member of the Executive Leadership Team and work closely with leaders across the organisation. You will lead a small team across talent acquisition, generalist HR advisory, learning and development, workplace health and safety, and NDIS compliance. The role balances providing clear leadership with hands on business partnering, staying close to delivery and supporting leaders across the business.

This opportunity will suit an experienced HR Business Partner or emerging P&C leader with experience in either human or health services. You bring a collaborative, approachable and practical style, enjoy building strong relationships, and are motivated by making a positive, meaningful impact. You will be at the forefront of embracing AI to support P&C.
