Job Summary
Welcome and assist guests with check-ins, check-outs, and general inquiries in a courteous and professional manner. Handle room reservations and promptly respond to phone calls, emails, and walk-in requests regarding bookings and hotel services. Manage the hotel’s social media platforms by posting engaging content, responding to messages, and promoting offers to attract and retain guests. Maintain accurate guest records, process payments, and compile daily front office reports. Collaborate with housekeeping and other departments to ensure guest needs and special requests are fulfilled in a timely manner.

Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:
• At least a Diploma in Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in a front desk or customer service role.
• Prior experience in the hospitality industry will be an added advantage.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, TikTok).
