DESCRIPTION;
Backbone Feeds Uganda Limited is seeking highly skilled and customer-focused customer service representatives to join our company. The ideal candidates will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, resolving issues, and building strong customer relationships.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Customer interaction; respond to customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints via phone, email, chat, or in person
- Product knowledge: provide accurate and up-to-date information about our products and services to our customers
- Issue resolution: resolve customer issues promptly and efficiently, escalating complex issues to senior staff if needed
- Order management; manage customer orders, including processing, tracking, and resolving issues of orders
- Relationship building; build strong relationships with the customers, identifying opportunities to up-sell or cross-sell
- Feedback collection: Collect and document customer feedback, providing insights to improve products or services
REQUIREMENTS
- Communication skills; excellent verbal and written communication skills are key
- Customer focus; strong customer-centric approach with a focus on building relationships with the customers
- Problem-solving skill: The ability to resolve complex issues and think critically.
- Product knowledge, familiarity with our products and services, is important
- Technical skill, proficiency in customer management software, emails, and other customer service tools
QUALIFICATION
- Experience: previous experience in customer service or related fields
- Education: a minimum of a certificate in the related field from a certified institute
