  • Streamline Placements: Provide administrative support for clinical rotation scheduling, site assignments, and placement logistics.
  • Documentation Management: Process and maintain clinical site paperwork, including affiliation agreements, renewals, and memoranda of understanding.
  • Student Onboarding: Manage student compliance records (immunizations, background checks, drug screens) in platforms like Complio to ensure all requirements are met prior to clinical rotations.
  • Preceptor Support: Assist with preceptor onboarding activities and maintain accurate records of credentials and licenses.

Accreditation Support & Data Integrity

  • Database Management: Maintain accurate, up-to-date information within clinical databases like Typhon, ensuring total data integrity for program reporting.
  • ARC-PA Alignment: Collect, organize, and compile documentation for accreditation reports, self-studies, annual reports, and upcoming site visits.
  • Continuous Improvement: Collaborate with leadership to maintain operational and accreditation data necessary for ongoing program assessment.

Qualifications

  • Education: Associate's degree required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years of administrative experience (experience in healthcare, higher education, or accreditation environments is highly preferred).
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite. Experience with Typhon, Complio, or similar database management platforms is a major plus.
  • Core Competencies: Exceptional attention to detail, strong project management skills, and the ability to handle confidential records with discretion.
  • Communication: Ability to communicate professionally and effectively with students, faculty, preceptors, and healthcare partners.
