Chef For Chinese(Local People)
Job summary
Mediocre cooks and pretenders are not wanted. We only hire capable and experienced chefs.you must be genuinely skilled at cooking Chinese food. Otherwise, please do not apply..Cater for around 16 staff. Both male and female candidates are welcome.
Job descriptions & requirements
1. Be proficient in cooking home-style Chinese dishes and staple foods, including rice, noodles, and simple flour-based foods. Adapt to the Chinese staff’s dietary habits, and ensure consistent taste, balanced nutrition, and diverse menus every day.
2. Handle ingredient preparation, cooking, and plating for three daily meals. Match meat and vegetables reasonably, avoid food waste, and control kitchen costs.
3. Conduct daily cleaning and disinfection of the kitchen, tableware, and dining areas. Comply strictly with food safety and hygiene standards, and keep the kitchen clean and tidy.
4. Inspect, store, and preserve ingredients properly. Classify oil, grains, vegetables, and meat, and dispose of spoiled food in a timely to guarantee food safety.
5. Follow arrangements from Chinese management, abide by company and canteen rules, and cooperate to maintain daily operation.
Compensation & Benefits
Free accommodation and meals provided. The workplace is located inside the factory with a pleasant working environment. An assistant will be assigned to help with chopping, dishwashing, and other auxiliary work.
Monthly salary: 1,200,000 – 2,000,000 Ugandan Shillings.
Location: Near Hima cement factory(NAMANVE)
