Job Description/Requirements
Reports to: Buyer Engagement Lead
Job Summary:
Manages communication with buyers, handles inquiries, supports CRM data entry, and helps prepare visual content for AgroStrings digital platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to buyer messages on WhatsApp and email.
- Organize produce lists and catalogues for buyers. Support short-form content creation with the Media Team.
- Log buyer interest and assist with order follow-up.
Qualifications:
- Diploma in Communications, ICT, or Digital Media.
- Proficient in Canva, Google Sheets, and social media.
- Highly organized and good at multitasking.
