Job summary
The HR Graduate Trainee will support the Human Resources department in delivering efficient HR services while gaining hands-on experience across all HR functions. The role involves assisting with recruitment, onboarding, employee records management, HR administration, staff welfare, and the HR System.
Job descriptions & requirements
1. Ensure timely and accurate completion of assigned clerical and administrative tasks
2. Assist with recruitment, onboarding, HR documentation, employee relations, training coordination, and HR system updates
3. Assist in organizing staff welfare, engagement, and team-building activities.
4. Help track probation periods and follow up on performance reviews.
5. Support compliance by ensuring HR policies and procedures are followed.
