Job summary
The Administrative assistant provides essential support to the team by managing daily administrative operations, coordinating communication, and ensuring smooth workflow with the office. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, excellent communication and a customer oriented mindset
Job descriptions & requirements
1. Handle general administrative tasks, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and preparing reports or presentations.
2. Assist in the creation, filing, and maintenance of electronic and paper documents; ensure all records are up to date and organized.
3. Serve as a point of contact for internal and external communications, including answering calls, emails, and inquiries, ensuring timely responses.
4. Help with office supplies inventory, order office supplies, and ensure that the office environment is well-maintained and stocked.
5. Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for executives or other team members as needed.
6. Assist in the planning and execution of company events, conferences, and workshops.
7. Input and update data in databases and spreadsheets with accuracy and attention to detail.
8. Assist in handling customer queries and ensure that clients’ needs are addressed promptly.
9. Work closely with other administrative staff and support various teams with projects and tasks as necessary.
10. Handle and be in charge of the entire building (premises) and its welfare.
11. Supervise and maintain cleanness around the company building, i.e., toilets, parking area/compound, and all the building floors.
