ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT/SECRETARY
The Overall Responsibility of the Administrative assistant is to support Management in the fulfillment and Execution of duties to ensure efficient management of the office and effective liaison with external partners and contacts as delegated. The administrative Assistant is expected to operate and perform to the highest professional standards with considerable Independence, Diversity, and high-level organizational skills and knowledge of Company Policies.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES.
- The administrative assistant/Secretary will work closely with the MD/Chairman to ensure the efficient Administration and day-to-day operations of his office and support the completion of assignments.
- Organize and facilitate company visitor activities such as reservations of hotels, transport, and other in-house compliments.
- She will serve as a liaison and resource person in support of the Company Senior Management Team and Advisory Board.
- Filing, retrieving corporate records, and proper management of documents and records.
- Participate fully in the company’s ISO meetings by taking part in meetings, audits, and compilation of reports
- Co-ordinate and arrange conferences, meetings, and other schedules for the senior management team.
- To provide administrative support to all employees and support the senior management team.
- Work together with the SMT to improve company operations, minimize costs, and actively present innovative solutions to the team.
- Plan and coordinate with the SMT events, sponsorship, and other activities.
- Perform other duties assigned by Management from time to time.
Key Requirements
- Must have a Degree in Secretarial Studies, Business Administration, Development Studies, or any other-related Field from a recognized Institution.
- Must possess certificates in Secretarial and computer studies.
- Must be computer-literate with a high standard and knowledge of PowerPoint, Microsoft Word, and Excel packages, etc.
- Must have at least 2-3 years of working experience in a similar role.
- Must be presentable, smart, and highly motivated
- Must have good communication Skills both spoken and written, and report writing.
- Must be able to work in a team and independently.
- Should preferably be 30 Years and below.
