Office Administrator/ Assistant
Job summary
We are looking to hire an Office Administrator who has prior experience in office administration, Procurement and Supply chain management, and Accounting. The said person will be in charge of the daily running of the office.
Job descriptions & requirements
- Strong understanding of proper bookkeeping and data entry
- Managing office supplies and filing systems
- Identifying vendor needs, conducting market research, and preparing bidding documents.
- Ensuring procurement actions align with budget limitations and company policies.
- Ability to manage competing priorities, such as answering phones while processing reports
- Ability to negotiate with suppliers to get the best value.
- Handling sensitive financial data and company funds
- Strong written and verbal skills for interacting with suppliers, management, and staff.
- Experience with ERP systems
- Knowledge of different sector regulations and taxing regulations
- A minimum of a degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Procurement & Supplies, or a related field.
- 3 years of experience, ideally combining administrative tasks with accounting and purchasing functions.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and any accounting softwares
