About the role
Price Media is building a practical training portfolio for businesses and their teams. It includes the Sales Development Program, educational webinars, workshops and future learning programmes. We are looking for a Training & Programmes Coordinator to help turn these ideas into well- organised, useful learning experiences. You will support programme development, prepare materials, coordinate sessions and look after participants from registration through follow-up. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys both creating and organising. As the training portfolio grows, there will be room to take greater ownership of individual programmes.

Key responsibilities
Programme development
  • Help research and develop training topics, session outlines, exercises and participant resources.
  • Turn programme plans into clear schedules, facilitator briefs, checklists and delivery materials.
  • Review participant feedback and suggest practical improvements to content and delivery.
  • Keep programme documents, templates and learning resources organised and up to date.

Programme coordination
  • Plan and coordinate lectures, practical sessions, peer sessions, webinars and workshops.
  • Manage schedules, invitations, registrations, reminders, attendance and session logistics.
  • Liaise with facilitators, guest speakers, venues, suppliers and participants.
  • Prepare materials and check that each session is ready to run.
  • Track deadlines and follow up on outstanding tasks.

Participant experience
  • Respond promptly and professionally to participant enquiries.
  • Share joining instructions, learning materials, assignments and follow-up resources.
  • Monitor attendance and participation, and flag concerns that need attention.
  • Collect feedback and help ensure participants have a positive, useful experience.

Communication and reporting
  • Work with the Price Media team to prepare accurate programme information for invitations, brochures, landing pages and social media.
  • Maintain participant records and programme trackers.
  • Prepare brief updates on registrations, attendance, feedback, completed activities and next steps.

What success looks like
In this role, you will help ensure that programmes are prepared on time, sessions run smoothly, participants receive clear communication, and feedback leads to improvements. You will also help us build repeatable systems so each programme becomes easier to deliver well.

Who we are looking for
You may be a strong early-career professional or someone with relevant experience who wants to grow into broader programme responsibility. We are particularly interested in your ability to learn, organise, write clearly and follow through.
You should have:
  • Strong organisation and attention to detail.
  • Clear written and spoken communication.
  • The ability to manage several tasks and deadlines at once.
  • Confidence working with participants, facilitators and business clients.
  • An interest in training, business development, sales or professional learning.
  • Working knowledge of everyday tools such as Google Workspace or Microsoft Office, online meeting platforms and spreadsheets.
  • The initiative to spot a gap, propose a solution and help put it into practice.

Experience coordinating training, events, webinars or educational programmes would be useful.
Experience developing learning materials is an advantage, but you do not need to be an established trainer.

The opportunity
You will work closely with the Head of Training as Price Media develops its training portfolio. You will have the chance to contribute ideas, learn how programmes are built and delivered, and grow your responsibility as you demonstrate capability.
