SALES SUPERVISOR – MOBILE PHONE RETAIL
Job summary
We are seeking an experienced and result-driven Retail Sales Supervisor to oversee daily operations across multiple shop locations. In this role, you will lead sales teams, monitor performance targets, ensure stock accountability, and drive business growth through strategic sales initiatives and high customer service standards.

Key Responsibilities
Monitor sales targets, staff performance, and customer service.
Conduct regular shop visits and ensure compliance with company policies.
Monitor stock movement, merchandising, and accountability.
Coach, motivate, and guide sales teams to achieve targets.
Prepare regular sales reports and recommend improvements.
Identify sales opportunities and implement strategies to increase revenue.
Requirements
At least 3 years’ experience in sales supervision, preferably in mobile phones or electronics retail.
Proven ability to manage multiple outlets and achieve sales targets.
Strong leadership, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and sales reporting.
Willingness to travel between shop locations.
