Description of the Accountability
Efficiently, effectively and profitably manages the division’s resources.
Negotiates with the principal business partners with regard to growing business.
Directs the division’s Business Development Programs nationally.
Ensure that the division is properly manned with regard to employees as well as monitor and assess their performance on a regular basis.
Negotiate all business contracts for the division.
Ensures that the shareholders receive high returns for their investments.
Represents the division effectively in the market place and in particular with the government and business community.
Handles customer complaints
Chairs the pricing committee on a regular basis.

Minimum Qualifications and Knowledge:
A university Degree from a recognized institution.
Minimum Experience:
5 years working experience in a Motor related industry.
