General Manager

Genius Hub is a recruitment firm that specializes in talent search and placement of highly skilled individuals. We are looking for a highly motivated and knowledgeable individual for our client as a General Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the fitness center including classes, sales, and memberships. 
• Manage staff including hiring training, scheduling, and evaluating employees. 
• Monitor financial performance and develop strategies to increase revenue.  
• Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing complaints and concerns. 
• Create and implement marketing and sales strategies to attract new and maintain existing ones. 
• Maintain a clean and safe environment for members and staff. 
• Develop upcoming promotions or marketing initiatives to grow the business. 
• Ensure proper use of the equipment and maintaining the highest standards. 

Skills 

• Proven success in a managerial role
• Strong decision-making ability
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and delegation skills
• Proven ability to develop and achieve financial plans
• Ability to motivate and lead employees, and hold them accountable
• Strong working knowledge of operational procedures

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Management and Finance or a related field from a recognized institution.
• Additional Certifications and Training in the field of management will be an added advantage.
• Proven working experience in a relevant field, a minimum of 3-5 years.
• Good knowledge in sales and marketing.
