Job Summary
The successful candidate will support the Head Chef in the daily management of the kitchen, contributing to the preparation of seasonal, health-focused cuisine tailored to a variety of dietary needs. The Sous Chef will uphold the highest standards of food quality, hygiene, and kitchen efficiency, while assisting in the supervision of kitchen staff and the continuous development of our menu offerings.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the preparation and presentation of high-quality meals for guests and staff
- Collaborate on menu planning, emphasizing fresh, locally sourced, and organic ingredients
- Supervise and train kitchen staff as required, ensuring a cohesive and professional working environment
- Maintain exceptional standards of cleanliness, safety, and food hygiene
- Adapt recipes and meal planning to accommodate dietary requirements, including vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, and allergy-sensitive meals
Candidate Profile:
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a professional kitchen, preferably within hospitality, wellness, or retreat settings
- Strong culinary skills with an interest in health-conscious, plant-forward cuisine
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities
- Calm and professional demeanor, especially under pressure
- Relevant certifications/ Training required
