Job Description/Requirements
- Administrative support: Process orders and invoices, maintain and update customer records in databases and CRM systems.
- Sales operations: Cold Calls, assist in preparing sales reports and forecasts, ensure orders are fulfilled, and oversee payments.
- Customer service: Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction by coordinating with sales and service teams.
- Data management: Analyse sales data, maintain accurate records of sales activities, and help in identifying potential sales opportunities.
- Coordination: Work with other departments to ensure smooth operations and support the organisation of sales meetings or events.
