Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Staff member based in Kampala. The Sales Staff will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities, achieving sales targets, and providing exceptional customer service. Key responsibilities will also include conducting market research, preparing sales reports, and participating in marketing campaigns to support business growth.
Qualifications
- Proven skills in sales, relationship management, and client engagement
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with market research, sales strategies, and reporting tools
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic environment
- Results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving targets and meeting deadlines
- A bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
- Previous experience in sales or a related area is advantageous
