Position Overview:
The Back-end Sales Support Specialist plays a vital role in optimizing enhancing sales support within our organization. This position is responsible for managing supplier relationships, ensuring timely delivery of goods and services, and facilitating compliance with government contracts. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and possess strong negotiation skills to drive cost efficiency and operational success.


Key Responsibilities:
• Delivery Coordination:
1) Manage the logistics of delivering goods/services efficiently.
2) Maintain open lines of communication with suppliers and internal teams to ensure smooth operations.

• Invoicing:
1) Ensure accurate and timely invoice processes for clients.
2) Oversee the Goods Receipt Note (GRN) process, collaborating with the Finance team for payment approvals.

• Government Contracts:
1) Handle procurement requests from government entities, ensuring adherence to regulations.
2) Manage the nuances of government tenders, ensuring compliance with specific requirements.

• NEST Operations Support:
1) Provide procurement support tailored to NEST operations.
2) Collaborate cross-functionally to meet operational demands effectively.

Qualifications:
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Experience: Proven experience of 2+ in procurement or supply chain roles; experience within IT hardware and Networking is a plus.
• Knowledge: Strong understanding of local market dynamics and procurement processes.

Skills:
• Negotiation & Communication: Exceptional negotiation skills and clear communication abilities with vendors, clients, and internal teams.
• Software Proficiency: Proficient in procurement software and tools for efficient process management.
• Collaboration: Proven track record of working effectively with cross-functional teams and managing multiple priorities.
