Job Description/Requirements
Responsible for executing sales, customer service andcustomer retention related activities asper the company plans and strategy.
· Salesand Lead Generation: Prospectingfor new clients through various channels, managing existing accounts andbuilding strong relationships with customers.
· Productand Service Knowledge: Understandingcompany products or services in-depth to explain benefits, demonstratefeatures, and provide suitable recommendations.
· SalesProcess Management: Conductingsales presentations, negotiating contracts and pricing, and closing deals tomeet or exceed sales quotas.
Debt Collection. Responsible for executing sales,customer service and customer retention related activities as per the companyplans and strategy.
· CustomerService: Answeringcustomer questions, addressing concerns, resolving complaints, and ensuringcustomer satisfaction after the sale.
· Reportingand Administration: Preparingand submitting sales contracts, maintaining client records, and providingreports on sales performance and market trends.
