• Identify and target potential clients in need of tile adhesive & grout solutions. • Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients. • Conduct cold-calling, new customer acquisition, and product demos • Negotiate contracts and close sales deals. • Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics. • Generate sales reports and forecasts. • Collaborate with the product development team to understand the latest tile adhesive & grout products and innovations. • Attend industry trade shows and events to represent the company and promote adhesive products.
