We are expanding our footprint in key global markets and are seeking an experienced Sales Executive to drive our growth by building and managing new distribution partnerships. Role Overview:

The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying, negotiating, and securing new distribution partners across international markets. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in the beer or strong beer category, with the ability to establish long-term, profitable business relationships.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and onboard new distribution partners in assigned markets.
  • Develop and execute market entry strategies to grow brand presence.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key distributors, and retailers.
  • Conduct market research to identify opportunities and competitive positioning.
  • Negotiate and finalise distribution agreements, ensuring profitable outcomes.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to support marketing, logistics, and operations for successful market launches.
  • Deliver sales targets and contribute to long-term business growth.


Requirements:

  • Proven track record of opening and managing distribution partner accounts in the beer or strong beer industry.
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in business development, sales, or distribution within alcoholic beverages.
  • Must be based in Africa with the ability to travel as needed.
  • Fluent in English (spoken and written).
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently.
