Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for an Insurance Sales Executive located in Kampala, with some work from home acceptable.
- The Insurance Sales Executive will be responsible for sourcing and securing insurance business, maintaining client relationships, providing excellent customer service, and working with insurance brokers.
- Daily tasks include generating leads, conducting sales presentations, and closing deals to meet sales targets.
Qualifications
- Insurance Sales, Sales skills ( Be ready to be trained)
- Customer Service skills.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of the insurance industry in Uganda (Be ready to be trained)
- Minimum qualification: a certificate in any field of study
