Role Description
The Sales Agent will identify prospective clients, present agency services, and build and maintain long-term business relationships. Daily tasks include generating leads, conducting sales calls and meetings, preparing proposals, and following up to close deals. The role involves collaborating with the marketing team to understand campaign offerings, providing accurate information to clients, and ensuring a high standard of customer service. The Sales Agent will also track sales activities, meet set targets, and provide feedback from the market to support continuous improvement.
Qualifications

• Strong Communication skills, including clear verbal and written interaction with clients and internal teams.
• Proven Customer Service experience, with the ability to handle inquiries, resolve concerns, and maintain professional relationships.
• Demonstrated Sales skills, including lead generation, negotiation, and closing deals in a competitive environment.
• Exposure to Insurance or related service sectors, with the ability to understand and explain service offerings to clients.
• Experience in Training or coaching clients on services and solutions, or supporting team knowledge sharing.
• Applicants must be residing in Luweero Town and able to work on-site in Kampala.
• Basic understanding of advertising and marketing concepts; prior experience in an agency or commercial environment is an advantage.
• Goal-oriented mindset, ability to meet targets, strong organizational skills, and proficiency with common office and communication tools.
