The Office Assistant provides essential administrative and clerical support to ensure the smooth day-to-day operations of Black Market Records (BMR). The role supports HR, management, artists, and departmental teams by maintaining office organization, accurate records, and efficient communication.

- Provide general administrative support, including filing, documentation, and record management.
- Support HR with attendance records, staff documentation, and onboarding coordination.
- Manage office supplies, equipment, and ensure a professional working environment.
- Receive and guide visitors, artists, partners, and stakeholders appropriately.
- Support internal communication and coordination between departments.
- Assist in scheduling meetings, preparing materials, and recording basic minutes when required.
- Perform any other administrative duties assigned by management.
- Certificate or Diploma in Business Administration or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer literacy (MS Word, Excel, Email).
