Q-Sourcing Limited trading as Q-Sourcing Servtec is a manpower management solutions firm operating in the East African Region in Uganda, Kenya, Tanzania, Rwanda, and South Sudan.

On behalf of our client Microhaem Scientifics and Medical Supplies Ltd (MHS),  we are looking for competent ,  skilled, and experienced  Secretary to work in Uganda .

Job Summary:

To provide Secretarial, administrative and office managerial services to the Executive Director of the Company.


Receive, open, sort, screen and prioritize all incoming written correspondence for the CEO to ensure distribution and follow up on any responses if required; Create and maintain a filing system for all documents (soft copy and hard copy) that enables easy retrieval as and when required; Deal with telephone and email enquiries and direct to the appropriate office; Create and maintain an up-to-date contact list for all Directorates. Schedule meetings both internal and external for the different Directorates when required, Organise staff meetings, and maintain a formal record of the meetings; Perform typing duties on behalf of the Authority (ED, Deputy ED and Directors); Maintain stationery and equipment for the secretarial area; Photocopy and print various documents, sometimes on behalf of staff members if and when required; and Any other duties that may be assigned from time to time.


Honours Bachelorâs Degree in Secretarial Studies/ Business Management, Business Administration or any other related degree from a recognized University/institution Post graduate Diploma in Secretarial Studies, Business Management, Business administration, Law is an added advantage. Knowledge and ability to understand the Authorityâs vision, mission and Objectives; Ability to handle sensitive information and maintain confidentiality. Should possess values of the Authority which include; integrity, confidentiality, accountability, professionalism. Good communication skills both verbal and written; Customer service skills; Planning, Organizing and Coordination skills; Record keeping and Information Management skills; Ability to prioritize tasks, manage workload and can multitask; Works well independently and as part of a team;
