Administrator will be responsible for managing the daily operations of our premium car wash and detailing business. This includes supervising staff, handling customer bookings and payments, maintaining records, ensuring excellent service delivery, managing inventory and supporting marketing efforts etc.

Job Description/Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily operations of the car wash and detailing center.
- Supervise staff attendance, performance and work quality.
- Manage bookings, customer inquiries and payments.
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment.
- Keep accurate financial and operational records.
- Ensure excellent customer service and handle client feedback professionally.
- Support marketing and social media activities when needed.
- Report directly to management on performance, challenges and opportunities.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Diploma or degree in Business Administration, Management or related field.
- Strong organizational and leadership skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Computer literacy and tech savviness (Excel, WhatsApp Business, basic accounting tools).
- Experience in a service or operations management role is an added advantage.
- Honest, dependable and able to work with minimal supervision.
