About the Role
BMR is seeking meticulous and efficient Data Entry Clerks to join our team. The successful candidates will be responsible for accurately entering, updating, and maintaining critical data across our systems.
This role is crucial for ensuring the integrity and accessibility of our organizational records, supporting various departments in their reporting and operational functions. This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented professional to build a career in data management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Accurately input data from various source documents into the company database, spreadsheets, and other digital formats.
  • Verify and cross-check entered data for errors, inconsistencies, or discrepancies to ensure high levels of accuracy.
  • Perform regular data updates, maintenance, and quality checks on existing records.
  • Compile, sort, and organize data for easy retrieval and reporting purposes.
  • Assist in the preparation and processing of routine reports, including attendance and activity reports.
  • Maintain confidentiality and security of all sensitive information.
  • Adhere to data integrity and security policies set by the organization.
  • Perform related administrative tasks as assigned by the Administration.
Qualifications & Skills
  • A minimum of a Diploma or Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Information Technology, Business Administration, Statistics, Records Management).
  • Proven experience OR specialized training/certification in data entry, data management, or a related discipline is a strong advantage.
  • Exceptional typing speed and accuracy with a keen eye for detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel and Word) and Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Drive).
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team.
  • High level of integrity and trustworthiness in handling confidential data.
  • Excellent written communication skills in English.
