Sales Executive – Job Description

ABC Sales Consulting is hiring on behalf of Pharma Mart. We’re looking for a Sales Executive who can grow sales, manage client relationships, and hit monthly targets. You’ll focus on pharmacies, clinics, hospitals, and retail outlets within your assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities

• Sell Pharma Mart products to new and existing clients.
• Plan weekly sales visits, follow-ups, and route coverage.
• Grow the customer base by identifying and engaging decision-makers.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Track your numbers, submit reports, and keep CRM records updated.
• Share market feedback on pricing, stocking, and competitors.
• Represent Pharma Mart professionally during field activities.
  

Requirements

• Proven ability to meet sales targets.
• Diploma in Pharamcy or a related field.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Self-driven with leadership potential.
• Works well under pressure and tight timelines.
• Experience in pharmaceutical sales is an added advantage.
• Certificate, diploma, or degree in business or science fields is preferred.
• Ability to ride or drive is an advantage.
