Job Summary
The Outbound Sales Representative is responsible for converting leads and prospects from PHL Naturals’ social media and digital channels into paying customers. The role involves engaging prospects through calls, understanding their skin profiles, recommending suitable products, and guiding them through the entire customer journey — from inquiry to purchase and follow-up — while documenting key details accurately in the task management system.

Job Description/Requirements
- Call and engage new and warm leads generated through social media and digital platforms.
- Conduct structured skincare consultations to identify customer skin type, concerns, and goals.
- Recommend appropriate products or kits tailored to each customer’s needs.
- Educate prospects on product usage and clean-beauty principles, addressing any objections confidently.
- Follow up consistently to convert prospects into first-time and repeat customers.
- Guide customers through onboarding and follow-up stages post-purchase.
- Track and nurture leads through every stage of the funnel.
- Offer cross-selling or upselling recommendations where suitable.
- Record all customer data, follow-up actions, and outcomes in the task management system.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date databases and trackers.
- Submit daily and weekly reports summarising calls, conversions, and key observations.
- Achieve or exceed daily and monthly conversion targets.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to share customer insights and trends.
- Participate in weekly review sessions to refine scripts, approaches, and customer journey flow.
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, or Customer Relations.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in telesales, consultative sales, or customer engagement (experience in skincare, cosmetics, or wellness preferred).
- Excellent communication, active listening, and persuasion skills.
- Strong time-management and follow-up discipline.
- Organised and detail-oriented with good data-entry habits.
- Proficient in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets) and task-management/CRM tools.
- Self-motivated, emotionally mature, and target-driven.
- Must live in Entebbe or be willing to relocate.
- Lead-to-customer conversion rate.
- Daily call and follow-up completion rate.
- Accuracy of data entry and customer records.
- Consistency in applying feedback and following SOPs.
