Requirements

  • Proven hands-on experience with
  • Strong understanding of Odoo functional modules and workflow
  • Good understanding of basic accounting and business operations in the Ugandan context.
  • Ability to translate business needs into system
  • Strong communication and problem-solving
  • Basic technical skills (module installation, simple updates, using Odoo Studio) are an added advantage.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience working with Ugandan SMEs or enterprise
  • Familiarity with URA e-invoicing workflows is a
  • Ability to multitask and support non-technical


  • Set up, configure, and customize Odoo modules including Accounting, Sales, Inventory, HR, CRM, and Invoicing.
  • Map business processes and adapt Odoo workflows to match the company’s operations.
  • Generate and customize reports suitable for Ugandan regulatory requirements (URA, NSSF, PAYE).
  • Support daily system use, troubleshoot user challenges, and ensure smooth system performance.
  • Train staff on how to use Odoo modules
  • Coordinate with management on improvements and new module
  • Document configurations, changes, and procedures.
