- Proven hands-on experience with
- Strong understanding of Odoo functional modules and workflow
- Good understanding of basic accounting and business operations in the Ugandan context.
- Ability to translate business needs into system
- Strong communication and problem-solving
- Basic technical skills (module installation, simple updates, using Odoo Studio) are an added advantage.
Preferred Skills
- Experience working with Ugandan SMEs or enterprise
- Familiarity with URA e-invoicing workflows is a
- Ability to multitask and support non-technical
- Set up, configure, and customize Odoo modules including Accounting, Sales, Inventory, HR, CRM, and Invoicing.
- Map business processes and adapt Odoo workflows to match the company’s operations.
- Generate and customize reports suitable for Ugandan regulatory requirements (URA, NSSF, PAYE).
- Support daily system use, troubleshoot user challenges, and ensure smooth system performance.
- Train staff on how to use Odoo modules
- Coordinate with management on improvements and new module
- Document configurations, changes, and procedures.
