About the Opportunity

Key Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate, safe, and patient-centred nursing care.
- Assess, monitor, and document patients' conditions and progress.
- Administer medications and treatments in accordance with clinical guidelines.
- Work closely with doctors and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated patient care.
- Educate patients and their families on treatment, health, and disease prevention.
- Maintain accurate and timely nursing and patient records.
- Support quality improvement and patient-safety initiatives.
- Demonstrate initiative and contribute ideas that improve service delivery.
- Take on additional responsibilities and leadership opportunities as demonstrated through performance and capability.
Qualifications & Experience
- Diploma in Nursing or higher qualification.
- Valid professional registration and practising licence.
- Strong clinical and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Compassionate, responsible, and patient-focused approach.
- Demonstrated initiative, problem-solving ability, and willingness to learn.
