LBC Mortgage is looking for a remote Sales Manager.
LBC Mortgage is a direct lender and wholesale mortgage broker that provides a wide range of mortgage programs to clients in the USA.
- Full-time remote work
- Time Zone: Los Angeles (Pacific Daylight Time GMT-7)
- Base salary $1000 – 1500 per month, plus bonuses
We are looking for an experienced sales person who is a super star on the phone. We are receiving online inbound leads and need a person who will convert these into deals.
Your typical routine, if hired:
- Work with clients, current and past leads;
- Hot and cold calls, sending messages;
- Do follow up by email;
- Be able to cold call to real estate agents to offer our services.
Requirements:
- Experience with finance/banking / mortgage industry;
- Must have experience in sales (!)
- Desire to work and learn (!)
- Be able to learn the mortgage products we offer and how the mortgage industry works in the USA;
- Be able to talk to clients in a professional manner;
- Experience working remotely (preferred);
- Fluent in English.
