Position: Medical Officer / Pediatrician
We are seeking dynamic, decisive, and patient-focused doctors to join our growing clinical team.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality, safe, and patient-centred medical care.
- Conduct patient consultations, assessments, diagnosis, and treatment. Develop and implement appropriate treatment and management plans.
- For the Pediatrician role, provide specialised care and management for infants, children, and adolescents.
- Monitor patient progress and ensure appropriate follow-up care.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and clinical documentation.
- Collaborate with nurses, specialists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated patient care.
- Contribute to improving clinical processes, service quality, and patient experience.
- Support health promotion, disease prevention, and community healthcare initiatives.
- Demonstrate leadership by taking initiative, solving problems, and supporting the development of the clinical team.
- Uphold professional, ethical, and regulatory standards at all times.
