- Coordinate and manage daily operations of loyalty programs, ensuring accurate enrolment, points tracking, and reward fulfillment.
- Monitor program performance through regular reporting, generating insights to improve customer engagement and repeat purchases.
- Support dealer and field activations while handling customer queries, complaints, and issue resolution.
- Familiarity with mobile money workflows, redemption/fulfilment processes, or basic reconciliation is an added advantage.
- At least 2 years of experience in loyalty programs, CRM, customer engagement, or promotions.
