About the Opportunity
We are seeking meticulous, forward-thinking, and self-driven laboratory professionals to join our growing healthcare team. The ideal candidates will combine strong technical skills with a commitment to accuracy, quality, innovation, and continuous improvement.
This is an opportunity for professionals who are ready to lead from the bench, take initiative, and develop their leadership potential within a fast-growing healthcare facility.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform laboratory tests and procedures accurately and in accordance with established standards.
  • Collect, receive, label, process, and analyse patient specimens appropriately.
  • Ensure the accuracy, reliability, and timely reporting of laboratory results.
  • Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot laboratory equipment as required.
  • Maintain accurate laboratory records, reports, and documentation.
  • Follow laboratory quality control, safety, infection prevention, and regulatory procedures.
  • Identify and report unusual or critical results promptly through the appropriate channels.
  • Work closely with doctors, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to support effective patient care.
  • Contribute to quality improvement and the continuous enhancement of laboratory services.
  • Demonstrate initiative, problem-solving ability, and innovative thinking in day-to-day laboratory operations.
  • Support and mentor junior team members where appropriate.


Qualifications & Experience

  • Laboratory Technician qualification or higher.
  • Valid professional registration and practising licence, where applicable.
  • Strong technical and analytical skills.
  • High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced clinical environment.
  • Demonstrated initiative, reliability, and willingness to learn and grow.

Exceptional Enrolled Laboratory Assistants who demonstrate outstanding technical ability, innovation, initiative, and leadership potential will also be strongly considered.
