Job brief

We are looking for a Human Resource Administrative Officer to join our team

An all-rounded individual who has worked in a busy organization with over 100 staff, with experience in using HR systems. Experience in recruitment employee relations, performance management, payroll administration; maintaining records (hiring, promotions, transfers, and termination), driving compliance to HR policies  


Ultimately, you will foster a healthy workplace by ensuring our HR procedures run smoothly at all times.


Duties and Responsibilities

  • Work with the HR Specialist to identify human resources problems/issues and provide support in finding solutions.
  • With support from the HR Specialist, ensure the effective running of the payroll 
  • Assist to prepare and review compensation and benefits packages
  • Administer health and life insurance programs
  • Ensure timely personnel filing 
  • Consolidate staff attendance trackers and produce weekly reports
  • Support in implementation of training and development plans
  • Support  in planning quarterly and annual performance review sessions
  • Support in updating employee records with new hire information and/or changes in employment status
  • Support in recruitment and ensure the recruitment process runs smoothly
  • Implement HR policies throughout the organization
  • Process employees’ queries and respond in a timely manner
  • Stay up-to-date and comply with changes in labor legislation
  • Support with new hire onboarding or processing termination paperwork
  • Fostering healthy workplace practices throughout every department.
  • Support the HR department with all HR Admin requirements and any other duties 


Requirements and skills

  • 2 years overall proven work experience as an HR Generalist
  • Solid understanding of labor legislation and payroll process
  • Familiarity with recruitment full-cycle
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Good problem-solving abilities
  • Team management skills
  • BSc in Human Resources or relevant field
