Job descriptions & requirements

  • Oversee daily property operations to ensure cleanliness, safety, and service standards are consistently met.
  • Supervise and coordinate housekeeping and support staff, including scheduling and performance monitoring.
  • Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms and public areas, ensuring prompt resolution of issues.
  • Coordinate maintenance and repairs to ensure all facilities and equipment are in good working condition.
