Job Summary:
Provide professional spa treatments to clients, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction, relaxation, and wellness while maintaining hygiene and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform spa treatments including massages, facials, body scrubs, and other wellness therapies
- Assess clients’ needs and recommend suitable treatments and products
- Maintain treatment rooms, equipment, and hygiene standards
- Ensure client comfort before, during, and after treatments
- Promote spa services and retail products to achieve sales targets
- Maintain accurate client records and treatment notes
- Follow health, safety, and sanitation guidelines
Qualifications & Experience:
- Diploma or Certification in Beauty Therapy, Spa Therapy, or related field
- Valid professional license (if required by local regulations)
- Minimum 1–3 years’ experience in a spa or wellness center
- Knowledge of different massage techniques and skincare treatments
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
