Nsimbi Education Centre is a growing day and boarding school in Ssisa Subcounty, Wakiso District, committed to providing holistic, high-quality education with a strong focus on academic excellence, character development, hands-on skills and co-curricular opportunities. We are seeking a passionate, qualified and dedicated Grade 3 Teacher to join our team.


THE ROLE

The Grade 3 Teacher will be responsible for delivering high-quality, engaging and developmentally appropriate instruction across all learning areas, while fostering a safe, supportive and stimulating environment for our learners.


REQUIREMENTS

• A professional teaching qualification (must have)

• Diploma in Primary Education (preferred)

• Able to teach all subjects in Primary

• At least 3 years of teaching experience (in primary school, an added advantage)

• Strong classroom management and communication skills

• A passion for working with young learners and supporting their all-round development

• Knowledge of the Ugandan education system and UNEB requirements

• High integrity, professionalism and a positive attitude


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Plan, prepare and deliver lessons for all Primary subjects at Grade 3 level

• Create an engaging and inclusive learning environment

• Assess and monitor learner progress and provide constructive feedback

• Instill discipline, good character and positive values

• Work collaboratively with colleagues, parents and school leadership

• Participate in co-curricular activities and school programs

• Identify and support learners with additional learning needs
