Job summary
GoldCavern Associates is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Country Manager to lead our business operations and drive market expansion. The successful candidate will initially oversee OTC trading operations while establishing the company's presence in the market and will later lead the transition into a fully licensed Payment Service Provider

Develop and execute the country's growth strategy.
● Lead OTC trading, treasury, liquidity, and payment operations.
● Build and manage relationships with banks, regulators, merchants, fintech partners, and key stakeholders.
● Drive business development, merchant acquisition, and strategic partnerships.
● Ensure compliance with AML/CFT, KYC, and local regulatory requirements.
● Oversee financial performance, budgeting, profitability, and operational efficiency.
● Deliver exceptional customer and merchant experience.
● Lead and develop a high-performing local team.
● Support the rollout and growth of innovative digital payment products and services.
