We are seeking a responsible and courteous Cottage Attendant to ensure cottages are clean, comfortable, and well-prepared for guests. The role focuses on housekeeping, guest assistance, and maintaining a pleasant environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Clean and prepare cottages before and after guest stays.
- Change bed linens, towels, and restock toiletries.
- Ensure cottages are neat, safe, and properly arranged.
- Report any maintenance or repair needs promptly.
- Assist guests with basic needs and inquiries politely.
- Maintain cleanliness of surrounding cottage areas.
- Follow hygiene, safety, and hospitality standards.
Requirements:
- Previous housekeeping or hospitality experience is an added advantage.
- Good customer service and communication skills.
- Honest, reliable, and hardworking.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends.
- Attention to cleanliness and detail.
