Job Summary:
The CEO is the strategic leader of AgroStrings, responsible for the overall direction, sustainability, partnerships, and team performance. The CEO ensures the success of farmer onboarding, buyer engagement, AgroStrings TV, and product-market fit.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute long-term strategies for business growth and sustainability.
- Oversee all teams, including Field Operations, Buyer Engagement, and Media.
- Build partnerships with agro-buyers, development agencies, and government.
- Manage resources, budgets, and investor/stakeholder reporting.
- Represent AgroStrings in public forums, conferences, and media.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Agribusiness, ICT, or related field (MBA is an added advantage).
- 5+ years of leadership in agriculture, tech startups, or supply chain.
- Visionary, excellent communicator, strong in partnerships and strategy.
