Position: Chef Restaurant
Location: Kanungu District, Western Uganda
Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, prepare, and present meals to high standards.
- Create and update menus based on seasonal ingredients and customer preferences.
- Supervise kitchen staff and maintain food quality, hygiene, and safety.
- Manage kitchen inventory, food costs, and minimize waste.
- Ensure cleanliness and maintenance of kitchen equipment.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Diploma or Certificate in Culinary Arts, Food Production, or a related field.
- Minimum 1 years’ experience as a Chef in a restaurant, hotel, or catering business.
- Strong knowledge of local and international cuisines.
- Excellent leadership, time management, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
