Position Overview
Our client is looking for a motivated and experienced Business Development Executive to join their team. As a Business Development Executive, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth, managing client relationships, and overseeing all commercial activities including tenders, proposals, contracts, pricing strategies and revenue management. You will collaborate closely with our account management teams to ensure seamless execution of campaigns that exceed client expectations.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
• Develop and implement effective business strategies to achieve revenue targets and business objectives
• Identify new business opportunities, build and nurture strategic relationships with prospective clients
• Negotiate and finalize contracts, ensuring they align with the company's goals and standards
• Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify areas for growth and differentiation.
• Develop impactful Power Point presentations and develop well thought out Marketing Proposals
• Any other duty that may be assigned to you
Qualification & Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
• Proven track record of success in business development role within the advertising industry.
• Strong negotiation and contract management skills
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities
• Proven working experience in a similar field
• This position is open to Ugandan nationals only
