● Head of HR and Admin
● Head of Finance
● All other heads of departments (Customer care, BI, Marketing etc)
Key Responsibilities
Organizational:
● Strengthen the current brand within the Ugandan Market.
● Fully own your local P&L, including revenue and cost management targets
● Supervise and drive your business with data: steer each team across a set of defined and aligned KPIs, set ambitious targets and closely track towards the success of your business
● Closely collaborate with thel marketing department to achieve optimal online channels, as well as aligning all offline activities
● Build and empower a great local team with a commitment to our Vision and high degree of motivation
● Deliver your local market perspective to your respective Product Manager, to strategically develop technology driven solutions together
● Together with your MD, develop your mid term plan and short term business strategy and plan for excellent execution
Functional:
● Sales: Challenge your sales team every single day; fully understand the sales process and the strengths and weaknesses of your sales funnel using data and technology
● Business Development: Work towards establishing prestigious and highly targeted local partnerships, with defined and measurable targets and clear revenue streams
● Operations: Maintain an iterative view towards operations - continuous improvement is expected
● Marketing: Grow the BrighterMonday Ugandan brand and strategically position your operations and marketing towards it.
● Competitive analysis: Frequently analyse your competition’s behaviour to reposition yourself strategically
Experience
● At least 10 years of relevant business experience with a proven track record of driving business growth
● B2B and B2C Sales and marketing experience desirable
● Focused with good analytical skills;
● Data driven with a strategic mindset;
● Excellent people management and leadership skills;
● Flexibility and adaptability to change;;
● Understanding of digital products and their impact on users, the completion and economics behind the business;
● High level of Results orientation.
